Ready to take on potty training? Jump in! It is time to get that kid into some big kid undies!

? “Potty training is life!” How does that thought strike you? A bit weird, huh?

Well, when you decide it’s time to potty train , potty training MUST be your life for a few days. It absolutely MUST be! ?

You have to be “100% commited”! You’ve got to commit to ONLY concentrating on potty training as you start.Life as you know it must come to a halt. (Which actually is a pleasant break if you think about it.)

? Hence pick a long weekend to start potty training. I recommend beginning on a Friday morning so that you can have the whole weekend to reinforce the newly learned skill. Cancel all plans and try not to leave the house. On the first day, I suggest sending brothers and sisters to grandma’s or to a friend’s house. You would like no distractions. Nothing should take your attention away from the task at hand, potty training!

? You’re a Potty Training Master! Who ‘woulda ‘ thought , huh?

? When you make potty training your life for a couple of days, life as you knew it will return and you will have a potty-trained big kid along for the ride! :) Truly, this is the Only possible way to go when potty training. Do not be one of the numerous exasperated parents I’ve talked to who neglected to make potty training their life and were feeling the effects of that poor decision!

?Potty training can drag out if you don’t focus intently on it for a few days. Don’t worry, this will go far faster than you might think. And, before you know it, voila, you may have a potty trained kid. No more stinky, dirty diapers to switch, no more mess.

Just think how that’ll feel!

“If you want children to keep their feet on the ground, put some responsibility on their shoulders.” - Abigail Van Buren.
